***New to the Walk Tonbridge Festival for 2025!***

Join us for Walking Words, a special poetry walk followed by a delicous afternoon tea at The Bell Inn, Golden Green.

We will follow a gentle 2.5 mile route through fields, water meadows and along the banks of the River Medway.

There will be a series of breaks along the way, to enjoy the countryside and listen to some short poems from Roundel Poetry Tonbridge.

The walk will be conducted at a relaxed pace as to enjoy this special experience and the company of our fellow walkers. You may also find inspiration for your own poetry in these beautiful surroundings.

For those wishing to walk a shorter distance there is also the option of a 1.5 mile route, which will join the main group.

Following your walk, afternoon tea will be served at The Bell Inn. There is also an option to join the walk only.

All profits/donations from this walk will be donated to Sustain food bank.
